- Open
.md files straight from the file manager: the app now registers as a Markdown handler (text/markdown, text/x-markdown) so it appears in "Open with", and it loads the file passed on launch.
- Single-instance behavior: opening a file while the app is already running focuses the existing window and loads the file there instead of starting a second copy.
Fixed
- The editor pane now stays mounted when navigating to About, so unsaved edits are no longer discarded.
- Opening a file from the file manager no longer shows the welcome document instead of the requested file.
