- Rewrote the app on the
debe/desktop-standard stack: Electron 44 + electron-vite 5 + React 19 + TypeScript 5.9.
- Replaced the teal/indigo dark-only theme with the standard warm-gray + maroon + gold theme with system/light/dark modes.
- Replaced the top toolbar with the standard sidebar shell (brand, navigation, theme toggle, language toggle, version footer).
- Moved language persistence from
localStorage to the main-process settings.json.
- Replaced emoji glyphs with fixed-size stroke SVG icons from
icons.tsx.

node:test to Vitest.

- Native application menu (replaced by in-app controls and keyboard shortcuts).
- Legacy esbuild build pipeline (

Fixed
- Preserved all core behavior: bidirectional paragraph detection, per-paragraph manual direction markers (
<!--dir: rtl|ltr -->), split/editor/preview layouts, and open/save/save-as/export.
