AriaDown

Bilingual (Arabic/English) desktop download manager powered by aria2.

مبني على قالب desktop-standard: راجع STANDARD.md وTHEME.md في الريبو المرجعي قبل أي تعديل. Built on the desktop-standard template: read STANDARD.md and THEME.md in the reference repo before changing anything.

التثبيت والتشغيل / Install & run

npm install

محرك aria2 / aria2 engine

التطبيق يحزم محرك aria2c الخاص به. ابنه مرة واحدة قبل التغليف:

The app bundles its own aria2c engine. Build it once before packaging:

bash scripts/build_aria2.sh   # -> resources/aria2c (+ shared libs)

جوب الإصدار يشغّل هذا تلقائياً قبل بناء الـ AppImage. The release workflow runs this automatically before building the AppImage.

التحميل / Download

من صفحة Releases: نزّل أحدث ملف ariadown-<version>.AppImage، اجعله قابلاً للتنفيذ وشغّله.

chmod +x ariadown-*.AppImage
./ariadown-*.AppImage

للتحقق من سلامة الملف، نزّل أيضاً ملف .sha256 المرفق مع الإصدار:

To verify the download, fetch the .sha256 asset published next to the AppImage:

sha256sum -c ariadown-<version>.AppImage.sha256

التطبيق يحزم محرك aria2 (رخصة GPL-2.0) وبعض المكتبات المشتركة. تُشغَّل هذه المكوّنات كعملية منفصلة وتبقى تحت تراخيصها الأصلية؛ الإسناد الكامل ونص ترخيص المحرك وعرض المصدر في ملف NOTICE.

The app bundles the aria2 engine (GPL-2.0) and some shared libraries. Those components run as a separate process and stay under their own licenses; full attribution, the engine's license notice and the source offer are in NOTICE.
